Tranny is a T56 from a 2004 Dodge Viper, 6 speed! I had to make my own adapter to mount the tranny to a SBF bellhousing. And, I made my own pilot bearing/bushing.
The T56 VS the T5
Pretty shock towers. I needed the clearance for headers and spark plugs.
The T56 is a little bigger than the tunnel, it will need to be modified
The Tranny bolted up, slipped right in. The car is low!

great job with your 66. the stang is off the hook i luv the yellow with the silver stripes especially the rims are sweeeeet the ride really stands out from the rest. keep up the good work.5*****

That's one sweet ride! I cant wait to do the T-56 mod myself some day. I'll bet that baby moves out!
