discovery 200tdi with procomp 2"lift kit-safari snorkel-diff guard front and rear, steering guard, cut out wheel arches to fit 165/75/16 greenway anaconda m/t checker plated rear windows (due to unfortunate mishap---twice!) modified front bumber-no rear bumper, kept catching it to much! wading kit.
and i have fitted scorpion racing rock sliders!
great lane in wales VERY steep (my m8 in passenger seat got a bit nervous!!!!!)
i love drivin down steep hills execpt wen i had bad experience and my lt77 gearbox snapped the lathe shaft and free wheeled!!(i now have fitted a R380 TRANSMISSION much better gear ratio!)
not only down hill i have to try uphill this was 1 of the steepest i have tried the ground was just loose slate and gravel these vehicles will go anywhere when kitted right (well where ive took it any-way. i am looking for photos i took a while back to upload they will show you how good safari snorkels are! i fell in a hole in the river and it dissapeared up to the top of the snorkel!!.i will upload as soon as i have found.
this is the repair i did after a defender 110 reversed into my rear quater panel and dented the fuel cap and smashed the window. scince i had already broke other window (opposite 1) i chequer plated this side to match and also plated the filler cap ,after all is an off road but road legal vehicle like i say if u dont want dent,s and scratches dont off-road it!!!
this was a lot steeper than it looks here (no goin back now!!!!)
