Of Course it wouldn't be Fun with out any Rust. As a Daily Driver there is a Few Rust Holes.
Also was Rust on the Driver Side Inner Fender. There was the Sand Witched Metal that had Rusted out.

Fender Triming. Hated to do it, but I had to. After buying used set of Four Ultra Type 150 Claw wheeles and 35's, there wasn't too much room for anything. Trimed the Front, and moved the back to the rear. Tires from my Sisters Dodge Truck for $200. What a deal, kinda the tires are ready to be replaced...
.
This is the metal I cut out to move the lip back. Drivers Side.

After Triming the front and cutting and welding the rear.
With moving the lip to the rear, I had to cut it and move the small piece down. Leaving a gap, then cut a small piece to fill it. Kinda like the stuff that has to be done when the top is chopped on a car or truck.....
This the trim on the Passenger side. Was cutting on the inside of the fender when I cut through the Outside Skin. Was opening up the small opening to let more debris to fall out, to prevent that usual rust hole from forming. After Welding up the accedental cut, I coated all the welding with POR-15......
Passenger side is next, not much room between the Tire and Mud Flap

Passenger Side fender trimming. With the 35's there was less than an Inch of Clearence.
Look at the Crap that was traped in the fender. A sock, Paper Towels, Leaves and dirt. The rust was allready coming through. Went to work with the welder. After all the holes welded, coatted both sides with "POR 15"
