im 16 and since i was like 10 i dreamed of havin one of theses little tanks and now i got 2 of them
i am currently rebuilding the motor out of the donor i have cause i spun a main bearing on my daily driver, but now i am drivin a 95 jeep grandcheeroke which i hate cause its not 4x4 and its not a zuki, but its better than ridin my bike to school and beach and wherever else
well im new at this so i dont really know what im doin so i geuss sign my geust book and be my friend cause i dont know how to work this thing
and enjoy my little zuki

newest picture after 1 inch shackle lift and the bigger 31 inch rubbers still need a newer pic of some paint work and new back bumper and lights

a stock samurai has 64 horse power which is enough for now i would put yj springs on it sprung over and a rear locker to start with and some decent rubber. then worry about more power
you could also regear your diffs and t-case. but on a budget start with a locker 200 bucks and virtual lift and some shackles that will give 1" of lift but no longer than that then you could fit some 235's on it and do plenty of wheeling until you can save enough green to really start moddin it up

yea its totally worth it. you got about say 55-60 horsepower right now and after the 1.6 Fuel Injected 16 Valve swap you will have about 100 maybe 105 with exhaust and airfilter with spinnin the lighter samurai parts. Only thing is yur gonna need a lift first. you need at least i think they said a 4" lift for the motor to fit with its different oil pan. If you got any questions let me know. oh and make sure you do the Fuel Injected swap cuz if you go to the 1.6 8 valve carbuerated motor its really not gonna do much for ya
