Here's my truck. It is a 1999 stepside 4.3L V6 GMC Sonoma XCab. So far, I have added a flush mounted tonneau cover, a step-shaving rollpan, and sport mirrors on the outside. Inside carries all the stuff, you know, speakers, amps, etc... Below are some before and after pictures of my static drop we did today. We did it all in less than 3 1/2 hours, so yes, it can be done. I put 2" spindles on the front and new leaf springs in the back with 2" blocks on top of them. The springs are from Jeg's and give 1 extra inch more than the stock zq8 leaves. So, the grand total for this particular drop is 4 in front and 5 in the back.
