Part 5... Air Management & Front End
Sorry... things have been off the hook around here. If it slows down alittle, I'll try to get some more pics up this weekend.
Okay so If you're like me and don't feel like clicking back to page 3 to see where I left off... here's a visual recap.

This is where I left it. The frame had been finished.
(below) I mocked up the tanks and welded them into place and Por-15'd the tank bracket.

The next 2 pics are of the finished product. (below)

Front Setup.

(Above Left)So here's another reason, I got a new... well different frame. Back in the day, when I first started trying to make it lay frame on 20's, I had no skills, and really didn't know any better.
(Above Right & Center) This is what, skills and renting a plasma cutter for the weekend will get you. That... some body filler, and sanding. Looks a hell of a lot better.
We test fit the Lower Control Arms... depending on what company you go with, they say you can lay 20's with Lowers only. Some say Uppers only... So we originally went with Lowers... Didn't quite lay out.

At the same time, I added the front valves, painted the steering gear, removed the mock up pieces and added the real front suspension.
Once I got the money, I put the Uppers on, courtesy of suicidedoors.com and it almost laid out... we cut the Shock tabs off the Lower Arms... and it laid right out.
Here's where we're at.(Below)

Stay Tuned...
