Here's the Pontiac Astre conversion parts I've acquired so far. The '73 Canadian-only offered Astre specific parts are: -Split front grille -Black tail light bezels (the tail light lenses themselves only have one inner chrome ring... the Vega's have 2 chromed rings... one one the outer ridge as well as the inner ridge.)
This is a quite rare piece. It's a one year specific item. It's a grille from a Canadian-only '73 Pontiac Astre(Vega clone). Most all Pontiacs are known for their split grille design.. which is carried over with the Astre. The Astre wasn't offered in the US until '75 (using the '74-'77 later body style Vega as the base platform). BUT... GM Canada offered the Astre in '73, which uses the early '71-'73 Vega body style(my favorite style). This grille has a body colored center piece that creates the split grille Pontiac design.... and the mesh is a bit tigher than the Vega grille.
Here's the black tail light bezels. They are metal. Left Bezel and lense. Right Bezel and lense. Backside
