We have owned this truck for twelve years. It's powered by a 71 Thunderbird 429, bored 30 over with new pistons, a Crane Rv cam, Wiend Stealth intake topped with a Holley 750 cfm carb. This 3/4 ton truck has the power and strength to pull a Semi out of a stuck rut.
two years after we bought this truck my husband decided it was time to play and he entered it into a Truck pull contest at a local arena. He pulled against some pretty stiff competition, a Hummer, 460's, 454's, Dodge power wagons, tall trucks, short trucks, injected motors and blown motors. He raced two nights and ended in pull-offs both nights and won. It was alot of fun, and he looks forward to playing again. Below are some not so perfect pictures but it does show the Old Ford in action.

We have been getting a little snow...and I think Oscar has what its takes to pull your stuck butt out of the snow bank.

Oscar Pulling at the county fair
click on the above link to hear this truck run. It took second place only 5 inches behind the winner.

the sled Oscar was pulling weighed in at 35,000 pounds respectively...who ever said the payload of a truck is only 7200 pounds. Don't forget to leave an answer on the poll above.
Thanks for looking.
