Car is as it came form the factory. 3 speed auto, Trip computer (that only shows the date&time...must be broken), power cloth seat, analog gauges. No t-top or sunroof. Typical roof liner falling down, no major smack-ups, just the small dings and scratches.

It will be work in progress, and will take many years to get up to good. I do plan to get around 300whp when all is said and done. So if anyone has any sugestions, let me know.

Bought it on 12-11-2005 for $450 and pissed off the wife. Oh well, she'll get over it someday. The car does run, but sputters at idle. Boost comes on strong at about 3500rpms. Was informed today by a fellow MOPAR fan that 300whp would fry the tranny. So, I guess 200/250 would probably do too. I could always convert it to a rear drive V8, but don't really wanna do that right now.

After spending some time in the car yesterday I believe that it may have flood damage. The speedo works half-assed. The milage don't roll at all, and the tach sticks. The boost gauge sticks, and the "navigation system" only shows the date/time. The battery has a constant drain on it as if there was a light left on, and the interior lights are all "burnt". There is a noise from under hood around the turbo area that sounds like a bearing going out, but only when you turn the key to ign, just prior to starting it. The noise comes and goes throughout idle. I have started my "car fund" so soon I will begin to purchase parts. More to come.

Figured out the "noise" from underhood. Can anyone tell me if the advanced idle control is supposed to make a noise at startup, and sometime when running?

So far so good. I removed the headliner from the car and the battery draw went away. The guy who had it before me put push pins in it to hold up the sagging cloth and must have nicked a wire. I got a working trip computer from ebay for $20, and a newer dash for $15. The gauges all work fine now, but the check engine light is now on. I ran a code check on it and it tells me that it is a code 23* Incoming air temperature sensor may be bad, and a code 33 Air conditioning clutch relay circuit open or shorted (may be in the wide-open-throttle cutoff circuit). Anyone have any suggestion on how to fix these problems?

Installed the VOODOO boost controller today. In the process I broke the 4-to-1 vacumne cluster that controlls the factory boost and some other stuff. After Frankensteining it together, I pluged the factory wastegate hose, and ran the voodoo one. Right out of the box it was at 9 psi. After 2 passes on the Amstets(local 4 lane highway) I got it tuned to about 12-13psi. I tell ya, for the 12 bucks it cost me, it was worth it.
