The Beast: My Orange 94 Camaro Work in Progress, Site Updated 1/15/07

Well, here's another quick update for everyone. . . I took out a loan to buy a new Saxophone, since I'm a Music Education/Saxophone Performance major in college, and I used the extra money to upgrade the Camaro. She now has a new set of Dark Grey/Ebony Power Leather seats, a pair of RS Side Skirts waiting for installation, the RS rear spoiler lip, all three peices, the interior quarter panels with the mid-high speakers, a new pair of Pioneer 140w RMS 6.5" speakers in the side panels next to the rear seats, and a set of Rockford Fosgate 4" Mid-highs in the back interior quarter panels. Also, I shaved the antenna, welded in a patch panel on the pass. side quarter panel, primed the pass. 1/4 panel and door, and I'm getting ready to change the clutch, then I'm making a new set of quarter panels. I can't wait, my car is making some amazing progress now!

I custom made a fiberglass Ram Air hood for my car, it's in the final stages right now, I have some pics, but not on my computer, I'll get them uploaded here soon. It turned out better than I could have imagined, I've received quite a few compliments on the work since I finished it. I'll get pics up within the next few weeks. I'm working on the bodywork to get the car ready for paint, and I'm doing a few custom things along the way. I'm looking for a decent body kit, and I'm going to mold it to the car. I'm also getting ready to shave the antenna and do some custom interior work. Updates to come as I finish up the work! Thanks for stopping in!

Here are my latest pictures, they exhibit the damage caused by the accident I describe below, and they also show my rims, I just had the tires delivered and mounted up on the 29th of November.

On my way to a car show with a good friend, we were driving along I-696 EB, only about 20 miles to go in our 200 mile trip, and we hit a traffic jam. Traffic stopped, and I went off the side of the road, so did he. He couldn't stop in time, and he hit me. His Firebird and my Camaro are pretty banged up now, but I now have the proper incentive to get my car fixed up right and completely. I'll post up some pics of the damage later, I don't have any on my computer yet.

This is my 1994 Chevrolet Camaro. It has a 3.4 liter V6 that cranks out a MASSIVE 170 HP! Isn't that amazing!? :) It has a 5 speed manual transmission, a Clarion CD player headunit, and a recent paint job. The original color of this vehicle is Polo Green, and the previous owner had the vehicle repainted. The interior vents have been airbrushed orange to match the car, and I have added several minor chrome peices to accent the look of the car. Just simple and cheap things that you can find in the automotive section of your local Meijer or Wal Mart. Things such as: a chrome skull shift knob, matching license plate frame and bolts, and tire valve caps. A new paint job is on its way, and the color scheme will involve the same color orange, along with the black racing stripes that I wanted to put on it from the moment I bought it. I am undoubtedly going to remove the Bra from the front end, but not until I fix the damage that has already been done to it so far.
