OneDarkChild's 1990 Pontiac Firebird

OneDarkChild's 1990 Pontiac Firebird

Day 1
December 9, 2005 started a new life for this sad looking firebird. The 3.1 liter engine runs strong, but has a lot of miles on it. The interior will need some reaphostering, and the exterior will need a whole lot of TLC.

There is so much instore for this firebird. Eventually a V8 big block will be dropped in her, and custom paint job, the works! But all will come in due time (and when funds become available)

Looks like you're off to a good start. I agree with adster about those headlights too. A friend of mine had them and they got full of water and shorted out the headlight circuit. lol. Anyways, keep me informed about your progress.

hey man, nice 1990. Few things. First dont buy those diamond cut haedlight housings. They look real good, but will fill up with water on the first rain, unless you find a way to seal them really well in the back. Theres a reason why the stock ones are sealed beams. The rubber seals provided with them will not help you at all. I know because I bought the same ones. About the motors, they are probably worn out and you will need new ones. They make rebuld kits, but its a lot of work. Hope all goes well. Let me know if you need any help.
