Well my project has started
I have a 93 RS wagon; I also have a 1986 RX which is now my new project. After throwing a big end in the old ea82t the car has sat around for 2 years now so its time for a ground up rebuild.
I have a 2.2l with AWD gearbox which will go in eventually.
I am also changing from the 4 stud to 5 stud liberty pattern. Any help on this would be great. Will post more pics and description as time goes on.
Bent bumper due to hitting Kangaroo
the old EA82t it was out of a groupe N rally car and was boosting 20Psi but all good things must come to an end. i still managed do drive 70Km befor she stoped. what other motor would do that.
Engine bay primed, windscreen now removed and rust repaired in frame.
Body now primed and ready for sanding down.
Parts removed for new engine. 1: original mounting bracket for old air box. 2: mount lugs for old cross member spare wheel, more for a clean look than anything ells. 3: cut and reshape mount for spare wheel.

My 2.2 L that will be going in eventually a turbo will be fitted later
Engine bay painted just to see if i liked the colour (blood orange) i like and will now paint the rest of the car.
