This is my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I love this Jeep. It now has a 2.5" suspension lift from Skyjacker. It has 33" Dia BF Goodrich Mud Terrains, which rock. Also recently put on Highrock front and rear bumpers, as well as tire carrier. Also has a snorkel, and WARN 9.5Ti Winch. It has a 5 speed manual, which is awesome. It is very fun to own, especially in the summer. No doors, roof, or carpets. Its great.
I recently completed an engine swap for a stroker 4.7 L engine that makes 240 hp and 280 ft/lbs of torque. It is a pretty noticible difference in power, down low is no longer AS dead...
Heres a good story... Our friends actually own a small ski mountain, so they invited us to stay there for a weekend. We brought the Jeep, and the dirtbikes to tear up the slopes (this was in the summer). The owners have a Hummer H1 that they think is 10 times better then the Jeep. Anyway, there is this double black diamond that is close to verticle, that supposidly nothing can climb not even their Hummer! We take a look at the trail, and realize the Jeep would climb it easily. So we drive up to the trail, put it in 4 wheel drive, and strt accelerating up the steep trail. the Jeep climbed it without breaking a sweat! It was pretty funny, because then the Hummer guys were pissed that a $25,000 Jeep could climb the hill but not their $100,000 Hummer. Well thats my story for you guys!
Check out my 1967 Firebird, got some nice plans for that!
