Car- 81 Chevy malibu station wagon
Engine- 360 sbc. 9.5.1 cr
Heads- worked over 487x casting, 2.02/1.60 intake/ exhaust. .550 lift springs, roller rockers.
Cam-270h 470/470 lift, 270/270 duration. i might go to a 1.6 rocker which would take my lift to .501.
induction- Edelbrock performer rpm intake, barry grant 650 carb.
tranny- th350 2600 stall
rear-stock 10 bolt, 3.73 gear, posi. (not sure on what gear i am gonna run, but this is what i am leaning toward)
suspension- i havn't bought yet, but its gonna be a comp engineering shock all round, i have rear trick springs on right now, just need the fronts.
Brakes- didn't really do much, they don't make you any faster.
Wheels and tires- Weld drag lites 15x8/15/3
body- 66 marina blue, shaved roof rack, kept the chrome strips, all bages and emblems removed, and replaced with 67 malibu emblems.
interior-dead stock and loving it.
Bets et and mph- havn't evenm finished the car yet. the (Desktop)dyno said 438 hp at the crank and 467 tq.(DESKTOP???) and with a little shot of nitrous i'd like to see mid 12's. the cream/yellow wagon is the daily driver. it has the bone stock 267 wiht a much loved 700r4, but getting ready to do an LT1/4L60E swap (gas mileage FTW!)
