Really, here you are looking at the replacement to my old Subaru Brat which, I'm sorry to say, has deceased. No no, it still runs like a top, but the subframe rotted through, and the rear end of the car was on the verge of falling out, so... Yes!

Here is the newest addition. It is a 1985 Chevrolet Chevette, packing stock goodies, and I like the mileage that way. It's not as slow as it looks, but it's no speed demon, either. It get's me there.
You wanna know something funny about this car? It only has 64,000 miles on it. It has some surface rust, but it holds the road like glue, is quiet, rides tight, and literally was driven by an old lady. I love that front air dam, and the colour is one of the better ones, in my opinion.
There are only two things about this car that strike me as grocery-getter style... The rear end, with those tail lights, and it has four doors. But, seeing as it is a four door, it gives more room for crap.

Subs under glass. Dual 12" El-cheapo subs putting out 300 watts peak apiece, powered by a single Lightning Audio 450 watt amplifier. Home made enclosure, four 4" ports, two on either end. Wired them up, your head feels like it's going to implode now, at half throttle on the Honda deck.

The odometer, and you better believe that that is a true 64,000 miles. You'd have to drive it to know for sure. Underneath the car is still near new, new tires, stock shocks, no underbody rust. Like... none.
Today, I decided to do away with the stock head unit, and went with something with a bit more balls, and what was handy. This is the new head unit, which is compliments of some mid 90's Honda, I'm betting Accord. Not only does it have more balls, but it looks cooler at night, and the cassette player works great, allowing my to use my 2GB mp3 player in the car. It was a nightmare to wire up, really.
These are what the Honda deck is driving, and they are on the folded down rear seat, just behind the front seats, flat against the back of my sub enclosure. The subs reverb off of the hatchback window to up front, and the dual 6X9's beat the death out of you from right behind ya. I can hardly stand it in there now, a good head unit makes a BIG difference.
