This is my 1993 Mazda RX7 I bought the car from the original owner in april of 2004. It had 98000 miles on it the engine had been rebuilt 15000 miles before I bought it and the turbos, vacuum lines, ect. were left alone, only one of the turbos was working so I left it stock for 7 months when I was in Iraq. I got back and was trying to decide what kind of performance mods I wanted to do. My brother has a 1993 r1 car and he blew his apex seal at 50000 miles and so I said screw this i'm going with a piston engine. What better than an LS1 right? I just spun a rod bearing so right now the car is in the process of getting a 383 stroker kit put on it, just another excuse to make it faster.....

The exhaust is a custom Y-pipe, through 3" V-band connections at the collector smoothly transitioning to a 3.5" single outlet through a borla XR-1 multi core racing muffler.

Here is the aluminum radiator and the engine in the car. Looks like the engine came in the car.
