Fuel System Repair
Here's the fuel lines.
The rusty old gas tank.
Here, the line has been fused to the tank with rust.
And here's the leaks. I was going to try to restore the tank, but after finding so many holes, and seeing the rust going all the way thru the tank, I'm looking for a new tank. To show how bad the rust is, look at the sock on the fuel pump. It's supposed to be white!
This was all the bad gas that was left in the tank. It was nasty, as you can see. It's ashame that so much gas has to go to waste. the funny part is that there's nothing else in the fire pit but that bad gas, and it burnt for about 45 minutes!
