I now have my block off plate, gas tank, and fuel line.
after i get those things on, she'll run.
And then the only thing keeping her off the road is the absence of good car working on weather.

I also just got accepted into NTI. For those who don't know what that is, it's NASCAR Technical Institute, and it's the best automotive college in the U.S. of A. There, I will literally fully fabricate an entire car that has to do at least 140mph. Then redo it, and make it go 200mph. And at the end of the year, race it. Of course, all those skills will be put directly into this Firebird. And nothing will ever, and I mean ever, touch it.

The grill inserts were all worn out so I started to look for new ones. They're around $120 for each side from anywhere you look! So what I've done here is fabricate some custom inserts out of some 67 cent gutter guard that I got from the Home Depot. I think these look better anyway.
Side shot with the Bullit mirrors.
These are the Formula hood scoops.
The embelems always seem to fade a little after 26 years, so I have a replacement nose embelem that I'll put on once I get it all painted.
The floor patch was fabricated out of aluminum. It was a piece of the awning that we took off the roof of the house. It's a good temporary fix until I get the money for a new floor.
Formula wheel with the new N.O.S. horn button on it. I have the bezel off in the picture because I was trying to clean it. I wish the new Autometer gauges would fit in the original bezel, but I think I'm going to have to make my own.
Factory body color Rally II's. I'm going to be putting American Racing TorqueThrust 2's on it when I get the money.
My dad got me these 3rd gen. TransAm seats for me for my 15th birthday. I need to get them recovered and I'll have to do freaky bushing stuff to bolt them on a 2nd gen. floor.
I'm trying to get some new inner door panels for it. Right now I have some used painted black panels, but I'd like to get new stuff for the car when I can afford it.
I've got the hood, fenders, and inner fenders off in case you can't notice.
Here's the new patches in the fenders. Thank God for cavaliers, we wouldn't have had metal to work with if they didn't have solid trunk lids. The welding was done by me and my cousin Mark.
New door hinge rebuild kit. Not as expensive as I thought, only $15 to do both doors. Got them at the T/A Nationals swaps.
Dig it!
new driver's side fender
new wheel well
NEW CORE SUPPORT
I got all 3 of these at the Pumpkin Run for $40!
