'85 Yamaha Moto 4 225cc
I spent the winter replacing all brake cables, throttle cables, cleaned out the carb and replaced the battery cables.
As of Feb 23/06 I've taken the cylinder head and piston down the machining guy and it is getting bored out for oversized pistons and rings. Work on the rest will soon follow: Valve seals, decarbon/clean, needs one new engine bolt, check cam and chain, rebuild carb and that should be it!
So far this has been bored out with 7.50mm Wesico Pistons.
March 29/06 Valves are being reseated, new valve seals and new gaskets! Have to check the mount on the casing to see if that has been stripped and pick up a helicoil if it has!!! It can almost be put back together!!!
