Bought a Sunbird in October of 2005. Slowly building it up... plan on doing mostly body mods, but there'll be a few engine mods just to give it a bit of extra kick.

Right now I've only got the 2.0L OHC I4 engine, but I'm working on getting the 2.0L Turbo LT3 engine in... I don't expect it until next summer, at the earliest.

Updates:July 16, 2006 My motor finally gave out on the old bird. The pulley for the timing chain bent in half somehow and the motor is now toast. Previously, I was planning on doing all the body work and dropping a new engine in the car anyway, but since this one is toast and I don't know how long it will take, I have given it up to the junk yard. I wish I had've taken pictures of the gutting process, which took approximately an hour and a half to gut the car of everything (audio, shift knob, floor mats, steering wheel cover, clean the glovebox, take off the fiberglass Z24 hood and put the old rusty blue one back on). I'll miss this bird, but I'm picking up a '96 Grand Am GT shortly. Pictures will follow.
