Hey, thanks for checking out my page. This is my black 2000 Chevy Tracker. It's a 2-dr Convertible with a standard transmission.
Update - 4/17/07
Well, haven't updated in quite a while. I haven't had the money to really buy anything to add onto it.
Now a days I'm fighting with repairs on the Tracker. For some reason, which I think it's the accident, everything decided to go wrong. A month ago my steering rod broke, costing me 1700 dollars in repairs. And this week, my tracker's in there again getting fixed. The 4WD doesn't work, I figured that out the hard way, in the mud. and my acceleration has gone down the tubes. 0-60...if I'm lucky.
Luckily, my dad's letting me ruin his credit on a new credit card under his name, specifically for my car. Therefore, I get it fixed, and maybe next week, put a new exhaust in there (since it needs it anyways). Leaving my bill up to $3K depending on how much it costs to fix my acceleration and steady speed problem I have. Once this is all over, I'll be much happier though.
I've decided to keep the tracker, and build on it during my college years. This summer I plan to do a few cheap performance and visual things. Mainly, the exhaust I told you about, an intake w/ K&N filter, tint, and debadging. In the years to come, providing there's no more problems, I'll be saving up for a suspension lift, a body lift, and some bigger A/T tires to do light offroading in. Should be a fun daily driver when I'm finished, If I do...

Last summer I had a pretty bad accident which put a damper on the tracker. I hit a deer doing about 65, it's no fun, but what are ya gonna do. Therefore, my insurance went up, and I'm in college.
Update - 3/19/06
I headed down to Pepboys auto chop and bought a Visonik subwoofer package for 140 bucks. It came with a dual enclosure with two 10" subs installed in it already. Each with a max power of 400 Watts. It also came with a 400 watt amp. After a fairly easy install, these things work great. For a non common brand I would definitely recommend them to anyone, the bridged 800 watts coming out of them is clear, low, and it even rattles a few windows.
Update - 12/20/05
As and early Christmas present, my dad was nice enough to get rid of the horrible sounding stereo I had and have a Sony EXPLOD deck with 4 Polk speakers installed. The improvement was amazing, considering the stock system sounded like pure tin.
