Hey, thanks for checking out my truck. I can't remember exactly how I got my dash off, but what you need to do is pull off the panel under your steering column. Once that's off, your going to have to look for two bolts on either side of the column. Undo those bolts and your whole steering column assembly will drop down, this will give you enough room to pull the dash over the shifter. Good luck.
