Well, this is my car.It is my first car.It is a 1993 Ford Taurus GL Wagon. It came from the factory with the 3.8 litre v6,and automatic transmission. It has a rare console shifter, which means its on the floor instead of the steering column,it also has a third row seat which faces backwards out of the rear window. The car has very little rust, only a little bit on the bottom of the front passengers door, and a little spot on the hood.
I got the car from my Uncle who sold it to me for 400 dollars,it has a bad head gasket, which i have started to replace. Now the weather is getting bad so it will take a while.
In a couple of days I will be receiveng a 1992 Taurus SHO with a 3.0 litre mtx,and also a 1994 SHO with the same engine.$300 for the pair.
I will be taking the whole front sub-frame out of one of the cars and replacing my cars 3.8 with it,including the manual transmission.=D.I think I will be the only person with a manual wagon.I also plan to use the leather seats, climate control, whole sound system from both cars, which means JBL speakers all around, and the full SHO bodykit.
I dont have any pictures of my car yet,or the two donor SHO's but they will be coming soon.I will be taking pictures through the whole transplant process too.

Got the first of two SHO's that will be used for parts. This one is a 1992 MTX.The engine in this one is shot,it hasnt started. It has 248,000 kms on it,I dont know if it has had regular service, hopefully it has.Tomorrow I will be starting to strip it down.I am going to use the rear speakers and amps from both cars,if they arent blown.Yes the SHO came from the factory with JBL speakers all around,a 10 inch JBL sub and a JBL amp.

Well all that happened today was I finally got the trunk open,it was locked, and I dont have the key,so I broke the latch inside and got it open that way.As soon as I looked in the trunk I was shocked.I got an extra intake, some extra plug wires,an extra MAF,and a bunch of other things.Needless to say I was pretty happy,I still am.

Got the second car started today. All it needed was a boost.Im going to get a new battery soon.Going to take it for a ride tomorrow to see how bad the transmission is.

February,something,2006
Drove the 94 around the parking lot in my building, somethings not right.I think it may be the halfshafts, but something is bouncing around and making a helluva lot of noise and making the car shake.Hopefully it's something simple.

Hey man. You think that a SHO engine would fit in my Taurus too? I have a 3.8L V6 too.

hey dude whats up? that is an awesome idea, puttin a sho engine in a wagon. totally unique! thank you so much for your kind words on my spirit, i'm really glad you like it. i never thought about the bonneville having evil in it, for real that's a good idea. but i wanted the font to be the same as spirit, so it looked right. yeah, lots of people are like 'why fix up a spirit?' but i like the gas mileage, the handling, the interior, the styling, and the reliability... pretty much everything, so that's why lol! thank you and keep me posted on your updates if you can. you take care too.
