11-20-05 I finished gutting the interior. The door panels, steering wheel, and wiring are about the only factory options left on the interior.

11-19-05 This is just another angle of the destruction that I did.

11-19-05 This is the last gasp of fresh air this almost dead CRX is getting before it's new powerplant is installed. The CRX is pushed into the garage and the next day will bring it to life again.

11-20-05 The new motor was installed today, but we had difficulties getting it to fire. It turned over but wouldn't run. We think it is either the 2 year old gas in the tank, the fuel pump or a clogged filter and line. We called it a day because it was Football Sunday. I also tore off all of the old purple tint and removed the drivers side door mirror.

11-21-05 We drained the fuel tank today, the gas had been in the tank for at least 2 years. When it was draining it had the consistency of syrup. The tank will be cleaned out tomorrow and then some new gas will be added. This will hopefully solve the problem of the engine not firing.

11-22-05 Peeled all of the tint off of the windows. All of the windows will be getting a fresh set of tint, the old tint was purple and some windows had 2 layers and others had just one layer of tint. I just need to get the glue off some time this weekend.
