This 1970 mercury was passed through the family then when I got it I took out the 351w and dropped a 429 in her. I also put on some chrome Ford Racing valve covers. I painted the engine to make her look pretty. I'm still adding to it so this is not the finished product, but I mean how many Montegos do you see anymore. There is still alot I would like to do to the interior. So its pretty much still stock.
sorry i have to break the news but i needed money i hit a rough spot and had to sell her i regret it but i had to so i could live but ill keep this page in memory of her

Gotta love it. I drove one in high school back in '82 & 83. If you ever come across my old VIN #0H16H515599 that was it and let me know; I'd love to know where it is these days. 5 stars for the memories.
