Update
2/28/2007 - Well Well well.......things have all come together since i last posted. When i got my car looked at by the engine expert he determined from the celo codes i was throwing that the problem was definately in the avcs system and something directly linked with my driver bank selenoid. This selenoid controls the timing for the cam shaft based on oil pressure. He inspected and cleaned but the car still felt the same and didnt have an apperent effect on performance. So I spoke with my tuner and he mentioned to swap selenoids in the cam shafts and see if the problem carries over to passenger bank.
I then proceeded to S&S auto concepts in Concord, CA and spoke with my boy Andrew to do the swap. He explained to me it would be cheaper to just get a new selenoid for driver bank. So i did, he replaced and sent me on my way. WOWOWOWOW what a difference. Literally i do not sh!t you it was like a new car. Got on it on the freeway and it felt the way it should. Smooth and fast acceleration and i was not sitting there wandering if all my power was there or not. Later that night i got on it a few more times and for some reason blew a coilpack on cylinder 3. No big deal though Andrew had a spare. He replaced and wallah back to normal. So now I have an appointment with my tuner this friday on an awd dyno in Hayward, CA. I am anxiously awaiting this day and cannot think about anything else. I will be back with hopefully good news..........til then....but here are a few updated pics from the last subaru meet with my new winter rims laced with some blizzaks for the snow and rain.

Update
1/9/2007 - I have been very busy trying to figure out my power problems and I believe i have finally done it!!! I orginally took my car to get tuned at a local shop that i had taken my car to for a very long time. But after numerous trips there with no results I almost gave up on my power problems. So a few months ago i started to pursue my problem again but this time went to a different tuner. Wow best move i have made to get a second opinion!!!! After three pulls he told me my fuel pump wasnt getting enough fuel to the injectors and the injectors where over dutying themselves. Showed it to me in the logs. I was impressed. So i went to get a new walbro fuel pump and wallah i had fuel. But that isnt the end of it. We went on tuning and he noticed a problem with my AVCS (automatic variable cam shaft) system. And i was throwing celo code P011. Wich is a problem with AVCS. Soooooo went to subaru had them check it out and noticed one of the sensors was dirty from not changing oil enough(my mistake) so changed the oil and came back to my tuner. He then said that the avcs is now working and he began to tune. Got me up to 263 WHP and 295 lbs. torque. NOT BAD!!!! Most my car has ever made. So he went on fine tuning and once again AVCS system gave problems again. So the final tune with avcs system not working properly is 263 WHP and 275 Lbs. torque.
So now i have an appointment with a subaru engine guy next friday to fix the avcs problem. I will keep you posted on the results. Hope to be making some reaaly good power with my car.
I will have pics and a new hp and torque curve when i get things all settled. Til next time!!!!!!!>>>>>>..........yeeee
