Hi all, well it's been a while since I have been here. Toyuki is about to goi under the knife again to help return her to it's former glory. She will be stripped down to the chassis and rebuilt better than new. I may even start updating here again ;) catch ya's Jonathon

"TOYUKI THE BABY MONSTER TRUCK!" Ah FAMILY WAGON?
G'day one and all. The life of toyuki has just become much slower. Turbo engine is gone!!. After a chat with a friend whome has just done the same axle swap on my old swb zuk i sold him, we found out that our lovely transport department dont like you doing this sort of modification anymore. So the decision was made to return toyuki to the power plant with which it is registered. (realy should have told them about the turbo motor some time ago ay) Anywho poor old toyuki is going back to the mighty 4K toyota power plant. At least i will be able to drive it again. Cheers

23-10-2008, Just had the numbers on my modification plate cheked and it appears that my wagon style back is not acceptable under the conditions of being issued with a mod plate. Bugga. So now I have to return it to the caged tray style back which was infact classed as a roll cage by the engineer. luckily I still have it, hey. so bye bye to TOYUKI the Family Wagon!!

And thanks to all whome have voted to keep my rating up, cheers

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE OLD SPECS OF "TOYUKI" PRIOR 28-7-2008

This is my 1991 Suzuki Sierra "TOYUKI The Baby Monster Truck"
now in its 4th incarnation it is now fitted with a Toyota 4AGZE engine, but has a turbo off a red top SR20DET nissan engine. Mazda RX7 intercooler, custom exhaust manifold, AUTRONIC SMC computer, 2.25" hand fabricated, mandrel bent exhaust with high flow cat & 300mm long hotdog. Sounds good but is not to loud. Dyno verified at 88.2 rear wheel kilowatts, std unleaded petrol, 7psi boost 7500rpm rev limit, conservative tune due to small intercooler.

Gearbox is Toyota T50, right hand side clutch (4ag rearwheel drive) transfer case is early hand brake on case model.
Diffs are from 1980 Toyota Hilux petrol. 5.275:1 ratios
extra tight rear lsd. (10mm packer virtualy makes it a locked center)
Steering is via snakeracing.com.au hilux high steer kit, with sierra length drag link. Steering box is from 1994 Nissan Navara.
Suspension is reworked 4" lift Kings Springs supplied by GRP autos. i found these to not travel as well as i had hoped and played with them acordingly, (changing & removing leafs, reset of main leafs.) shocks are Rancho RS9000, 5spd adjustable all round.
Of course due to hilux diffs it is also now spring over axle (SOA).

Vehicle was originaly an Indian built MARUTI ute. tray was removed 3 years ago due to rust & replaced with small flat tray.
Since fitting Hilux diffs made complete new tray to cover tires. Also fabed front bar & flares.
