This is the build-up of my graduation present.

jjchevy7170's 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle

This is the first picture that i took after i got it from Washington. As you can see it is a stock 1970 Chevelle Malibu with lots of hopes.

Here is the stock 307 with a 2 barrel carb. The sad thing is NO AC!!

This is the interior, bench seat automatic, typical Malibu features. Looks a little rough but its fixible.

The doors are removed and the interior is pulled out.

This is how it sat for about 4 months while I waited for the hood.

Finally the hood arrived and was painted immediately. when all of the painting was done it was finally complete, on the outside at least.

Nice, I almost went with Cranbverry red on my '70. Are you going to rebuild the original motor or get the 454 (b/c of the emblems)?

Zach.

Nice Chevelle, What color are you going to paint it? What do you have planned for the motor/trans? Keep me posted with updates to your page.

Zach.

Good luck with your graduation present. What are your plans? New motor, color, etc? Also where in Washington did you pick it up? Anyways, have fun.
