This is the build-up of my graduation present.

This is the first picture that i took after i got it from Washington. As you can see it is a stock 1970 Chevelle Malibu with lots of hopes.

Here is the stock 307 with a 2 barrel carb. The sad thing is NO AC!!

This is the interior, bench seat automatic, typical Malibu features. Looks a little rough but its fixible.

The doors are removed and the interior is pulled out.

This is the other side.

The body is prepped for body work.

Then the engine and wheels are covered for primer.

Finally after three coats of primer it is time for
PAINT!
Cranberry Red

Three nice and even coats.

But what is a chevelle without its stripes.

Full Frontal

New SS wheels and tires and SS 454 emblems!
This is how it sat for about 4 months while I waited for the hood.

Finally the hood arrived and was painted immediately. when all of the painting was done it was finally complete, on the outside at least.
