Here is what the car currently looks like
Mods to date:
1. Rocketchip RC2+
2. Boostvalve
3. Eibach Pro springs
4. 215 API tires on Montreal I wheels
5. Cat 2 micron fuel filter
6. Autometer ultralight Boost and EGT gauges mounted with 42 Draft Designs A-pillar pods
7. FMIC with custom 2.5" piping
8. Aluminum "Pazner" skidplate
9. 2.5" Techtonics Tuning Cat Back
10. VR6 Front spindles (TDI spindles do not allow brake upgrades)
11. Audi TT Front Brake Upgrade w/ cross drilled rotors & Hawk Pads
12. The brake upgrade wouldn't fit inside my stock 15" wheels, so I got a set of 16" Montreal I OEMs off a GTI
13. KYB AGX adjustable Shocks
14. GLI smoked tail lights
15. Sheared a rotor off at the hub at VIR on my second track event (see page 4)..lesson learned, always get top of the line rotors for track sessions.
Got the car scaled, here are the results

I am looking for an Upsolute dealer who does custom tuning in Virginia. If anyone can recommend a good Upsolute tuner in this area I would appreciate it!
August 2004 - Stock
Stock quarter mile: 17.9s
Stock fuel economy (avg) - 43mpg
(best tank) - 51mpg
September 2005 - RC2+ programming installed in ECU
Eibach Pro springs (1.3" drop) and 215/60 Yokohama tires to get a little more traction.

RC2+ & Eibach springs installed September 2005
Quarter mile November, 2005: 16.1@87mph
Fuel economy with above mods (avg) - 40mpg
(Best tank) - 45mpg

KP39 (stock) turbo...Future plans involve VNT20 or GT22v.

Here is a video of my car when I ran at Richmond dragway in November 05 with RC2+ only...otherwise engine was stock.
Jetta TDI vs. Crown Vic
Autometer Ultralight Boost and Pyrometer installed with 42 Draft Designs A-pillar pods.

Replaced the stock side mount intercooler with a much larger front mount because the smic heat soaks very easily causing a large drop in power. 2.5"Inlet/Outlet FMIC with 2.5" aluminum tubing from turbo to intake and 4 ply silicon connectors.
Here is a pic of the stock side mount

Fitting a 3.5" thick front mount behind a stock jetta bumper requires some extensive trimming. I'm still trying to find some kind of grille inserts to hide the fmic and piping as I would prefer the car to look stock.
Installed

Power is much better during high speed runs now. I believe the increased airflow gave it a little more top end, but not much. top gear 60-80 pulls average 5.8sec.
Quarter mile: 15.85 @ 88mph on the street w/ tires at 35psi (Hoping for better at the track)
Fuel Economy with all mods to date (avg) - 40mpg
Best tank with all mods(90% hwy @ 70-75mph)- 46.7mpg

Nasty looking EGR system after 50,000 miles...
The EGR system has to go, its causing gunk buildup in my whole intake...
lol

Launching in first...at night...very dark, but you get the idea
Daytime video coming soon
Let me know what you think and I'll be sure to check out your page!
