The beginning!!!� C-notch installed using bolts, but later welded it in and kept the bolts anyway.�Got the FaroArm out to measure everything before I started cutting.� The fuel cell goes where the spare tire used to be.� Lots of weird shapes to cut strait, so the digitizer was a big help. Eventually POR-15 and topcoat to the frame. Modified most of the crossmembers from the cab back and powdercoated them. Installed Viper brakes.

Well hmm....I am rebuilding a garage instead. This happened in Nov. 06.  Truck is in pieces now, and the interior is totally out of the truck because of a blown seal in the rear window. Didn't know this, and it leaked water into the inside so while its apart, its getting a stereo and fatmat treatment. Hopefully this will be the last time the interior is apart. I remember saying that last time though.
