How you doing everyone! This site represents my ride. Its a late '93 Celica GT-S. I bought it mint with 86,699mi on it and ever since then shes been babied. I am the second owner of the vehicle and enjoy driving this machine. The is oil changed every 2,500 to 3,000 miles. Its a very nice, clean car and no one in my state has one mint like mine. This car turns heads everywhere I go and people confuse it with the GT-4. '92-'93 is the only years they made GT-S's look like GT-4's(Alltrac in the US). It looks like it but doesn't have the turbo and AWD. It has the 2.2L 5SFE engine which I'm still deciding in what to do to it. The engine is very clean and its going to stay that way. My goal with this car is to maintain its look. Meaning no body kit, stickers, or all that other crap. Just suspension, brake, and wheel upgrades. I just want this car to stay in style with a lot of performance for the street. Its a sports car that needs to act like one!

Now these kits below are lip kits and shouldn't be confuse with those over the top bodykits..if you know wut i mean civics..lol..no offense!
Here are some bodykit ideas..Thats if i do them at all!

FROM HERE DOWN IS MY RECORD OF WHATS DONE TO THE CAR

HERE ARE THE PICS

I got the clear lenses in 6-25-04(ordered 6-16-04) and they look very nice. The clear corners have the amber LED's in them. I just need to get the LED bulbs for the bumper lenses. But they look great.

7-25-04: Just changed the bulbs in my dash from that lousy green to blue.. i wanted to use LED's but no one in the area had the LED's..So i just used blue bulbs..i guess im gonna order the LED's online..But for the most part it came nice..

9-25-04: Just ordered my suspension. It includes the following:
-KYB Struts / Shocks
-Eibach Sportline springs 1.5/1.5 drop.

9-29-04: Its been raining for the last 2.5 days. I come home from work and i went into my garage, which is being worked on, to check on my car. Come to see the one of the cross beams in the garage came loose during the rain storm and landed right on my cars windsheild, shattering the glass and denting the windshield frame. Now i got a dent on the car for the first time in its life.
Im pissed:<

10-6-04: Just recieved my KYB struts/ shocks. They didn't send my springs..when i get them ill install the new suspension..Also I need a passenger side front axle because the boot on mine is torn in half and its knockin. It won't pass inspections until these are fixed.

10-12-04: Just recieved my Eibach springs. Just need the axle now and the car will be on the road again.

05-18-05: Sup everyone. Haven't updated in a while. Last night my boy Jay, who drives the mirage on the next page, and I went to see his aunt who had a set of 17"x7" rims for sale from their kids galant. So i went to look at them hoping for the best and looked at them. They my friend were pretty nice. So i bought them. I know what you are saying, "I thought you wanted 18" rims." I know i still do but for a good price, i couldn't pass it up. My goal is 18" rims but for now im goin to go with the 17"x7" rims. The tires on the rims are 45zr tires but i need 40zr in order for them to work with my car. Im definitly getting new tires. As for the car im not finished installing the suspension and the axle is being a pain. But im planning to have it all done by the end of this month. During the summer months im purchasing cross drilled and slotted OEM sized rotors and brake pads to complete the exterior of the car. After im starting with the engine. Its gettin there. Just wish the whether wasn't this cold especially in the spring so i can do more work to the car. Pics will be posted by the end of this month or the beginning of next month. Stay posted!

09-10-05: Got updated Pics of my boys ride..Check out page 2! ENJOY. __deleted__

04-18-06: Sup ppl..Heres an update. Been busy as hell working on getting the rest of my parts and in general been really busy with everything else. Heres what i got so far:

Heres a brief pic of the interior. Clean huh!

A couple of the engine. Optima red top battery and custom intake i modified. Also clean..Not bad for a 13 year old car.

Here the 17" x 7" rims i am experimenting with. They are ok, but what i really want is 18x8 rims in the front and 18x8.5 in the rear to give it that nice offset. Also i have the calipers painted and in need of new rotors and pads.
Does anyone know how to fix the ABS system? The light recently came on and it sux to see it not working. I don't want to take it to a shop but it looks like its my only option. Leave me your post.

Some of the parts im installing. Can't believe i haven't installed the suspension in yet. Its only been a year. haha..no doubt these will be in soon. I still need to order the chamber kit! Then in with the gauges and stuff! Stay posted everyone.

4-26-06: Wut up ppl i just ordered my HID kit 8000K. It should be in soon. Can't wait to install it. Check back for pics aight. lata

5/25/06: HID PIC

Looks good. Now i got to rewire the fog lights to come on due to the fact they don't come on with HID because they draw so little current.

Current odometer reading: 105,000 miles of well maintained miles (as you can see in the pics)

9/17/06: -Hey ppl i know its been a while but between work and time flying by, I don't have much time left over in my day. The car should be rolling today. I finising up the rear driver side suspension and brakes and will hopefully be able to take it around the block. Although its September, and I didnt drive this car all summer because orginally the brakes let go on me (seized up). So i decided to basically do all my mods and upgrades at the same time, thats why it took me so long up to this point (that and i did it all by myself). I had all the parts that i have been collecting for 2 years, so i figured why not. One summer will not hurt me. Before the car is put away for the winter, I will try to get some driving time in to break in the brakes. Stay tooned i have pictures being posted today of the progress.

09-17-06: -Here is some updated pics I took today as soon as i finished the suspension.

My new Motegi DPK 18 x 8 with 215/35hr/18 tires. Behind that OEM sized crossed drilled and slotted rotors with brand new rebulted calipers painted red.

Quarter Shots

Updated HID pic. I did get the foglights to work with a simple mod. Thanks celicatech.com.

Another side shot. You can see the 1.5" drop well in these pics. When i took it out for test spin, the suspension is stiffer but no bounce at all. the 1.5" drop is respectable and i dont have any rubbing. I still have to do the wheel alignment with the alignment kit i have but the alignment wasn't off much for me to drive it around.

Some front shots

I'll get better shots. I was fighting time because it was already 5:00pm when i finished and then i decided to washed it, and that took 1 hour. Then i took pics while i was detailing it while it was starting to get dark. Sorry but this will do until this weekend. Ill post better daytime pics. For the most part it came out really nice. Im proud of it so far and for the fact ive done all the work myself.

Still to come is Suspension techniques F/R sway bars and upper rear strut bar. Then i sill have minor wheel well rust and body work to do that need to be done. Stay tooned and Enjoy

11/11/06: Car put away for the winter. Ill take her out for a spin on nice days but thats it until spring. Stay posted. There plenty to do and little time to do it in.

12-9-06: Damn its cold outside! The car is fine, since we had some nice days I have taken it out for spin a few times just to keep it fresh. Definately can't wait for spring. Have a nice Holiday everyone!

03-14-07: Hey everyone! Spring is around the corner and since the weather has been nice I taken advantage of it and taken the car out of storage to wake it up a bit. I am in the works of getting it to a body shop to get the body refurbished a bit so it can be immaculate compared to what you see in the above pictures. I am also working on HID projectors for this car. It involves a new set of h4 conversions, Range Rover Projectors with D1S bulbs and low profile ballast by Phillips. Should be a fun project. The current HID setup is nice but like all converions theres room for improvement. The light is to scattered, so Im goin projector style with 5000K light output instead of 8000K. Im still a fan of 8000K but like everything else it tiring to see it everywhere I go. The current setup will stay in the car until i get the projector conversion complete and weather proof and tested. I will post the build pics here. As for everything else I can't wait for spring so I can install the sway bars that I still need to order. Stay up-to-date with new pics coming soon.

05-06-07: Hey everyone. Got the car out of storage finally and cleaned it up a bit. Apparently a mouse got to my insulation over the winter and made a mess of the engine. So i ripped out the old insulation and just order a new one. Put the Motegi's back on and figure Ill snap some pics for all of you to enjoy.

Coming up: Im going to order the sway bars and have the car ready for the body shop soon. Until then enjoy the pics. O i started working on my HID projector retrofits. I plan on having a write up on here on how to do it and ill also post it on celicatech.com. Stay posted.

Some nice quarter and side shots:

8-18-07: Just in:

Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars. These already look like they will out handle anything stock. They will be installed while the car is out of commission for the winter or sooner (if I have time before then). I also discovered a fuel leak which couldn't have happened at a better time. The rear sway bar is attached right behind the tank so im killing two birds with one stone. At the same time she will be in the body shop during the winter for minor body restoration. Stay tooned.

Heres a couple fresh ones of the exterior i took today.

I'll snap a few more later after i wash it.

More to come.

09-16-07: Today i did a complete detail of the car (which I do weekly) and decide to take some after shots of the clean celica.

Working and cleaning the engine (done weekly). I replaced the Red Top Optima with a regular wet battery as the Optima ended up dying on me. I still don't know why but all well, I returned it and got this one free.

Some Interior:

Heres one of my current system setup:

The rest are exterior. A lot clearer as well.

Thats it for now. Theres a celicatech.com meet coming this Saturday which I plan to attend. I will post pics of the event here. Then after I will take the rims off and put on the winter wheels and start preping the celica for winter hibernation. Until then enjoy.

9-25-07: Just order my JDM wind deflectors (rain gaurds). They look sweet and should be in within a week. I'll keep you posted.

9-29-07: Just recieved my rain gaurds today and installed them. They came in sooner then I thought which is good. Took about 10 minutes total install. They give the car a nice touch. Check them out.

These came from rhdjapan.com. If your a celica owner looking for a set of these for your 5th gen go here. These can be found on ebay every once in a while but they are over priced and are used. Oh and my car just turned 107,000 miles and running like new. lol. Enjoy.

03-18-08: Well it was a long winter, but springs is around the corner and time to start getting ready for summer fun. This past weekend I woke the car up from its winter nap and let run for a bit just to get things moving. In a couple weeks i will officailly start working on it again. Work to be done is repair fuel leak, install sway bars, order and install rear upper brace in lower front brace. This will complete the suspension as far as componenets are of concern. I have to do a wheel alignment and adjust everything with the camber kit i have. I have a celicatech.com meet coming up May 17th and were looking a huge turn out at this meet. I will take tons of pics and post up my updates here. Summer is looking better and better every minute. Stay tooned.
