My brother in law ripped the front bumper off while he had it for 6mths, so i had to get one made...
Nothing big, We used 1 3/4" x .095 wall tube, took about 17 ft to do it. It isn't designed for offroad, as this is not used for that anymore.
A matching rear tube bumper is in the works, made out of a stock Toyota rear tube bumper.
As of 12 Jan 2006 she is back on 33s and is back to being my daily driver...
