hey the gril should fit they never changed any mounting hardware between those years. so it should fit with little triming that will change the look for sure eh.

Yah on Ours That Airaid Intake works great we have the Airaid spacers to with it, so gives er a nice sound and about 15 horse i think i would recomend it for your Cherokee, make er sound awsome with it.
