You've got one nice starter kit. Don't give up and don't sell it. Big block originals are very hard to find. Mine started as a 350 car. After 5 compleyte small block drive trains I went to the 502 in 1998. None of the small blocks were even close to the performance my car has now. Warm that baby up for all the horse power you can get on pump gas. Need advise just email. I'll give you all the tips I can. I have owned mine since June of 1979. Almost 30 years, two wives and countless girl friends and it never left and doesn't talk back. Alway remember that their is no substitute for cubic inches.

Man, I love your 73 Chevelle SS because when I was 16 my best friend had one as his first car. It was in mint condition and had swivel seats. His stupid dad sold it. Keep that color and good luck with the resotre. Benzman1
