As of Saturday, April 25, 2009....Taz has passed to his new owner in Calgary.

I hope he will enjoy the little beast as much as I have over the years.

One last rip with the carbs to hear them howl.......

And I accidentally erased this page when I inserted the coding for the video. Unfortunately I didn't notice until it was too late. That totally sucks as there was some good info in there...oh well, since the car is sold I certainly can't be bothered to do much about it at this point. I'll just post up the virtual test drive videos and let them speak for themselves. There is still the rest of the pages there.

Hey, nice VW. I was wondering how its working out for you using the smaller lights in the headlights as blinkers? I can see them working well with the lights off, but how is the visibility with the lights on? I just got a set of projectors and I'm trying to decide if I should run them as running lights or blinkers.

Where did you get those amber glow headlights?

I've put over $6K into the car since I bought it and the PO easily put $8K into it.
