I doubt they have the sprayfoam at an auto parts store, I would get the silicone and spray foam at a home improvement store like lowes or home depot. The spray foam comes in a can that looks like spray paint, and get the silicone caulk and a caulk gun. You should only need one can of spray foam for the job, whatch out though it can be very hard to get it off anything it touches, so wear gloves and lay down newspaper. For the trunk lid, you might want to mask off some or most of the holes with tape then spray in the foam from the remaining holes, this way so the foam doesnt drip everywhere. after it dries, remove the tape. trim down any foam with a knife that comes out further from the whole. Dynamat with 2 layers over the foam and the metal. and thats it most or all of the ratle should be gone from the trinklid. let me know how it goes

Yea, that was the one thing i found with the wing, just a little too high. I wish I could look at it before buying it and seeing if there was a way to cut it down and make some new, cut down the supports to make it smaller or even fabricate my own supports for it. The only problem there is that I would have to buy it first, which i kinda dont want to do since it's like 400 bucks... I think the wing looks amazing with the body kit (the wing is the same one from the pic of the body kit) but thanks for ur input. My main problem right now is that i have no place to store the car and work on it during the winter months when im not driving it, and seeing how it sucks ass to drive in the winter i dont know the extent of driving in the winter months. Thnx for the input, and i think that going on someone's site and giving constructive critisism is alot better then going on their guestbook and saying nothing other then "Ur car is amazing" or "That car is a piece of shit" Although sometimes the latter of the two is sometimes needed, lol.
