Here is my old school 1985 CRX with an 1989 D16A1 Integra engine in it (stock it puts out 113hp). Currently it is being sleeved, balanced, and being rebuilt with all forged rods and pistons as well as a valve job. It will be turboed with an equal length Stainless Steel Exhaust manifold, mated to a Turbonetics T04B and a Tial wastegate and Tial 50 mm BOV. Other mods include: aluminum intake piping, front mount intercooler, and Snow Performance Methanol Injection kit. Goal at the wheels is 280 hp. Also will have a Dual boost controller. Flip a switch in the cockpit and hello big boost. It will also have a Vortech FMU until fully tuned. Currently the engine is in the machine shop being prepped. Enjoy!

I'm using 2.5" piping for my intercooler, and I've got half a liter more displacement than you. 2.5" piping should work fine.

There's no need to sleeve a Shelby block. I currently have a single-stage TurboXS boost controller; I'm not very satisfied with it. It's not very accurate. When I upgrade the boost controller, I'll use an electronic one by A'PEX i or HKS. I know what you mean. My engine was supposed to be done in 10 days. It ended up taking 2 months! But it's worth the wait!

Nice job on the switches and gauges. When are you getting the engine back from the shop?
