but at least I now have a newer 2005 Neon to start over with!!
This is my new toy that I've had since May '06, almost 1 year to the day that I bought the yellow Neon. It's a 2005 mineral grey Neon. So far I've smoothed and debadged the body, added a Kenwood headunit, all Eclipse highs powered by a Memphis amp, TV's for my kids, some custom lighting, and installed some new 18's, (my old ones were destroyed in the wreck) but I've got LOTS more in the works for this thing! Enjoy!
There it is! You can see how much better it looks without the door molding. And I know it needs to be lowered.. GOD that gap is hideous! If you have any suggestions for some good drop springs for a Neon, hit me up in my guestbook!

I installed Sylvania Silverstar headlights and turn signals. These things are bright as hell!
I ordered clear side markers too.. easy as hell to install!
And installed LED blubs in them.. also bright as hell. lol

Finally got my new wheels! MSR 18x8's with Bridgestone Potenza RE750 215/35ZR18's.. yet another awesome tire!
Here's a shot of the new tires.. Bridgestone Potenza RE750 215/35ZR18's.. They handle just as well as the BF Goodrich KDW2's I had on the yellow Neon but ride even better!
This is a shot of my Neon at the 2006 Summer Showdown car show On 8/5/06. I wish I had entered it.. It would have been the only one in the sport compact division, so I would have gotten the trophy by default, but it was dirty as hell inside!! lol
But damn it does look nice sittin there tho!
I'm also looking for an exhaust kit that has the perfect sound.. NO FARTCANS!!! I need a good mellow tone.. nice and smooth.. any ideas? I'm thinkin Borla, I've got a pair of them on my Monte with an X-pipe, and that thing sounds GREAT!
