The modifications have made the car very capable on all kinds of terrain, and is still nice to drive on the road.

I have recently fitted the switch that turns off VDC and ABS,
224622's 2001 Subaru Outback224622's 2001 Subaru Outback

Which has improved the performance climbing dunes, since VDC used to switch on automatically after 60Km/hr and the ABS is a constant headach, shuddering with loss of traction in the sand.

This feature (switch) allows me to bounce of rev limiter without the VDC coming on and cutting the fuel and tacking you down to a crawl which was happening.

Hey, did you get the lift kit off shelf from a supplier or manufacture your own?
