HISTORY
I always wanted a roadster and did many research. Finally decided to go for Mister 2, red was the color choice, why?...because red looks fast and exotic and is the color a Ferrari must be (one day it'll be mine).
Considering this is my only ride one of the first mods I did was a luggage rack for long trips. For weekends I taught my girlfriend to pack light.
Basic sound was made during first week, the OEM radio and siting low speakers had to be replaced without any doubt, specially if your hood is down the factory set up is a problem if you cruise at high speed.
In my state there are only around 5 spyders, two much for my tuner heart, something else had to be done and dual exhaust, suspension and a set of Momo X1 16" 205/45/16 - 225/40/16 with Toyo Proxes TS1 made my life happier and increased the head turners.
Two much in the exterior, ummmmm!!!!!, the interior was shouting help!!!!. Momo knob Sphere Chrome/Wood, Momo Aluminum Pit Stop ebrake and Momo pedalier (wrong choice, plastic pieces came off with some shoes)replaced after one month by Conrero pedalier (rest foot had to be chopped to fit).
Basically this was the end of my happy life, car was so new and rare in Spain that was impossible to find accesories in my regular shops. Internet saved my life and opened a broad variety of new buys but.....my wallet said what???. Now all the pieces had to be imported from Germany, USA and Japan with all the funny and expensive shipping and handling plus the custom clearance in some cases.
www.chromdesign.de was one of my best discovers, helped me to continue with the interior & exterior. Many real aluminun pieces from TTE were bought and also had Postert bars wich soon were installed, together with high quality grill mesh.
One negative point was the purchase of chromed side vents, they were just the plastic ones painted chrome, wayyyyyyyyy too expensive for that junk.
One day I found my bible, www.spyderchat.com joined the forum and started to learn many things from great and helpful guys
TO BE CONTINUED
These are the pictures while the car decided to avoid the Weight Watchers program, always wanted to have a fat ass but it took time due to other "minor" changes.
The process took around 1 month, and lots of patience on my side, the guys at the shop obviously were not that anxious but overall and enjoying my ride this is the way to act, fast jobs are for TV shows and my guys don't belong to Foose team
