
This is my 89' Chrysler COnquest. A.K.A the Mitsubishi Starion. This car was truly the top of the line in the 80's.It is still highly sought after and it's ever increasingly hard to find in decent condition. This is the sport compact that started a revolution and paved the way to her bigger sister; the 3000GT. Once upon a time the GT was intended to be called the Starion GTO.

The powerplant is a Mitsubishi G54B engine, 2.6 litre, SOHC with 8 valves. Turboed by the Mitsubishi TD05 12A and came stock boosting 10 Psi and creating 188HP on an approx. 3100 pound vehicle. The car handles like a dream and looks better with more unique styling than I've ever seen on the road. The car, however, was not without faults and this lead to the decline of sales in the states, and eventually the cancellation of the Starion and the evolution of the 3000GT project.

This Sweet little ride has been maintained and kept in good shape. I've done some small cheap and free mods to give her some extra zip. Included in these mods are: Non-Jet Valve Head, ABS Removal with Steel Braided lines, Balance Shafts were eliminated paving the way for excellent oil pressure, Lighten flywheel (25 LBS), an aftermarket Spec Stage 3 Clutch, 1G MAS,1G BOV routed back into intake,Open K&N with hardpipe to Turbo, Ported/polished and relieved Exhaust Manifold, Ported and polished Turbo; removing the ring and step, Removed secondary airfilter(mainly for the few ounces of weight and a cleaner look under the hood.), Manual Boost Controller, MSD Blaster Coil and Gutted both Cats. Various other non-necessary items have been removed to save weight. A/C will go soon. I have the ingredients to do a 2.5 inch exhaust soon and plan to Port/Polish the Intake side to include the butterfly valve in the Throttle Body.

The interior is maroon Leather and is in very good condition. I can count a total of 5 blemishes, give or take. Nothing major that distracts the eyes from her overall beauty.
