Here is the pictures of the Power plant. This is a VG30ET. The engine produces 350-500 whp range, and will provide me with "sheet your pants" performance!! LOL

The Upper intake manifold is Handmade from t-66 Aluminum. It is completely handmade from scratch. The only thing used was the base plate from the original intake.

This is during the rough cleaning. I forgot to snap a picture of the completed baseplate with the smoothing, and polishing done to it. I was too excited to get the top welded into place.

As we all know power comes from the heads being able to flow efficiantly. My heads have been completly gone thru. All the ports have been ported, and smoothed. A performance 5 angle Valve job was also performed. The Exhaust ports are Ceramic coated also which will DRAMATICLY decrease Heaksoak into the heads. It also provides a "teflon slick" surface in the exhaust port aiding flow even more. I use a Stock cam, and Schnider performance Valve springs. Cams are soon to follow.
Here are the Ceramic coated ports.

OLD TURBO

The turbo is a TO4B. The compressor is an H-3 wheel that pushes 55 LBS per minute @ 24 psi. It is teamed with an .84 housing, and an "o" trim wheel. It is controlled by a Tail 44MM Wastegate.

Relocation header made form 304 Stainless Steel. All pulses flow thru the wastegate keeping response much smoother. This peice bolts to the engine block where the AC brackets once were. I also completely Ceramic coated ALL of the exhaust componants to the cat to also aid in thermal control, and Spool up.

Ceramic coating used. Techline Coatings are the BOMB!
