"What's the point of having a Honda if you can't show it off!?"
This is my '93 Accord Wagon. I bought it a few months ago from a wholesaler for $1900. It has 134,000 miles on it and the 5spd tranny. He told me no one would buy it because it's a wagon and a 5spd, which is why he just wants to get rid of it for cost. He didn't tell me that the rings are seriously worn and that it burns oil like mad.
...so I decided it's time for a swap. I've chosen the JDM H22A 2.2L 4 cylinder motor (as seen in the JDM Accord, Prelude, and the local Prelude VTEC) that produces 200hp and 163lb/ft. It should make this domestic workhorse quite spritely.
...although, my wife refuses to drive it. She says that wagons make her feel too much like a soccer mom, even though this wagon will outrun her VR6 Jetta.
...anyhow, I'm in the process of gathering funds for the swap, unfortunately a previous plan has fallen through, but hopefully I will soon enough be driving this baby around, teaching Mustangs and Camaros what it REALLY means to haul ass!
