Car is used daily and travels interstate. Cars like these were meant to be driven on open roads and enjoyed.
Some minor engine mods,headers, L34 Heads, Crane Camshaft bring it up to 210kw. Nothing better than driving the Monaro Hwy between Cann River and Cooma.
HQ GTS 4 came in many color combos when I found this one I had to have it Metallic paint and the white pannels after respraying I decided not to paint the flutes as you can see the flutes are now highlighted by thier angles to paint them black would only be having stripes on the guard.
Original radio and yes it works...
For long distance cruising I switch between my 2.78 Salsbury and the 3.08 45mins to change.
You could get the Monaro GTS 4 in numerous color and interior combos with or without the ralley pannels painted on, as the model drew to the end of production the rally pannel stripes were no longer standard but an extra. We have a BMW also but this is the one I like to drive, heavy clutch and throaty bent 8.
