I use to reside in SoCal where modified cars are a dime a dozen. I own a 2002 Subaru WRX that I wanted to "stand out from the crowd". To most WRX owners out there, as well as on this site,that usually means making it look like the STi. So great just another STi. But when is the last time you saw the limited edition UK-300? Have you ever even heard of it?
The UK-300 was a limited production variant of the 2001 WRX offered only in the UK and only 300 of them were produced. Hence the name of the car: UK-300. They were all "right" hand driven autos and were only offered in the Mica Blue color. The build was a joint effort between Subaru and its racing partners at Prodrive.
Please note that some of the pics shown are of the real McCoy. I added them in an effort to show what the "Real" UK-300 looks like compared to mine. I labeled them as such, the rest are all mine. I have spent considerable $$$ on this build since the parts are hard to come by and all had to be imported to the States from England to include those little UK300 stickers. Besides whenever you deal with "Geniune" Prodrive parts expect to pay big time. But then you get what you pay for and in this case that happens to be top quality parts that fit/perform as advertised.

Hard to find side markers. Got them from JDM but they are same size. Hard to install requires drilling holes into your sheetmetal and damaging the paint. Most bodyshops refused to do the job. In fact mine are not hooked up to do so would cost $1600+ for both sides! No Freak'en way! I cut off the backing and glued them in place.

Only exterior part off of the UK-300 that says Prodrive is located on the rear spoiler. Also the rims/exhaust say Prodrive!!

My land cruise missles. The other car is a highly modified 1988 Mustang GT. Sporting a Kenne Bell Supercharger,Custom Blower Camshaft,Aluminum heads,Griggs GR-40 Chrome moly tubular suspension w/fully adjustable coil over koni shocks, 17" rims,LX rear taillights,48000 original miles and original black paint. Scanmaster III. Pulled out the ashtray and this puppy slid right in there. Tells me boost level,Air/Fuel,Knock sensor,Top Speed,0-60,etc. Plugs into OBD reader under steering wheel w/one wire to the computer. Easy.
