Just a start here. This is my brand new car. My first new car actually. 2005 Pontiac GTO, 400hp LS2, Tremec T-56 6-speed manual. Impulse Blue Metallic with Blue leather/suede matching interior and matching gauge cluster. I took her to the track bone stock w/ 2700 miles on the odometer and she ran a 13.03@109.8 on a really crappy 2.0 60' time. That said, she has mid 12's in her bone stock on a good 60'
My short list of mods are:
35% Tint
Diamond Audio 12" DVC Sub w/ 500w Memphis amp, all professionally installed
GM Performance Parts GTO Sport Appearance Package "Auto-X" front grilles, custom painted body color/GTO Quicksilver Metallic
Hood Grilles Painted Quicksilver
Lower front grille insert painted Quicksilver too.
Fascia Grilles painted Quicksilver.
Rear partically debadged, save for the Pontiac badge
Taillights custom tinted
Sylvania Silverstars in the fogs
McCulloch 5000k HID Headlights
Silverstar Front Sidemarker Bulbs
Blue Reflective "GTO" Rear Fascia Inlay
Orange Reflective Inner/Silver outer "6.0 Litre" Badges on hood scoops.
Orange Reflective GTO side badge inlays.
and the modest performance till the warranty is up, or I have more money...
Stainless Works Catted Long Tube Headers
Flowmaster Catback
Gutted Stock Airbox with K&N Panel filter (proven to be just as good as aftermarket CAIs)
SLP 160* T-Stat
MSD 8.5mm Plug Wires
Removed MAF Screen
the immediate future will only include a dynotune to go w/ the starter mods already installed. That alone will bring the WHEEL horsepower output to nearly 400, pushing it to about 450 CRANK horsepower, easily. With 400hp on tap, theres no reason to go nuts with it.
A few pics of how it looks now, 2nd page will have my final GTP with my GTO shoot.
