This is my work in progress. It is a 67 Fairlane XL 390. It will soon have a 428CJ under the hood. I have a David Kee big in/out toploader for it. As you can see from the first pic, it looked like a pretty solid car to start with, which it was. However, as with all old cars the more you dig the more you find it needs. Donny Geiger, owner of State Line Customs in Kirkwood, NY is doing the body work. I can't say enough good things about Donny. We are doing this car right and it shows. I just got my sub frame connectors from Crites. It took a while to get them but they are worth the wait. I also just got the traction bars from Dearborn Classics. We are just about ready to paint the underside. I will post more pics soon. Some of the pics show the old quarters, we scrapped those and put two new ones on. We got them from Auto Krafters and they were worth the $$$.
