Yay for more mods. I just got my SN95, specifically 1995, spindles in today. They look pretty nice considering a lot of crappy, rusty sets go for much more than I paid.

Now, I need some hardware, lines, and the rotors. It's about time, too. You need some serious brakes to reign in all 105 horses.

Well, I've already got a bunch of stuff for the Fox on Page 2, but the latest addition to my pile of future mods are these bad boys.

'03-'04 Mach 1 Front Brake Calipers. They are mechanically identical to both the 94-04 Cobra brakes, and the '01 Bullitt Brakes, just a little less flashy, and most importantly, a little cheaper as well. At 2700 lb., the Fox is going to be a braking machine when these binders are installed. Why huge brakes NOW when the car barely cracks the triple digits for horsepower?... because I could stop this thing better Fred Flintstone style than with the current brakes. They're bad. Anyway... Oh, and I've got a set of '95 Mustang Spindles on the way for swapping to 5-lug on the front and installing these brakes. Pics and update when they arrive.

The '93 LX Notch is finally here! I picked it up from my friend Chad on Sunday, October 23, 2005. It has a 2.3L I4 with a measly 183,000 miles on the odometer and a hybrid-stomping 102hp.

Here are some pictures from the day that I acquired this beast.

As breathtaking as the car is right now, its future is even brighter. Ultimately, the Notch will get a either a high-compression 347 stroker setup or a low-compression 347 stroker w/ an aftermarket block and a turbo the size of my head... no, not the size of YOUR head, the size of MY melon-sized noggin. In addition to that, the car will get 99-04 Cobra/Bullitt/Mach1 brakes with the necessary 5-lug conversion as well as a built 8.8 or 9" rear and some sort of manual transmission, whether it be a T5, TKO, T56, etc.

So, check back every few years or so to see if I've made any progress, and feel free to leave any comments or suggestions that you may have.
