Here are some pics of the car in order of mods so you can see how it looked before each change.
This is how it looked like right after buying it. It came with the white side stripes that said "Mustang" but I wanted the car to have a clean look so I took them off. Also notice the extremely tall antenna, which I took off soon after.
Here's the car without the side stripes, much cleaner looking in my opinion. Also the antenna was replaced in that pic.
Here's the 8 inch shorty antenna that replaced the big, ugly stock one.
Putting the quarter window louvers on was the next appearance mod on the car. It makes the car look more retro, which is what I was going for.
Here's how it looks like from the inside with the louvers on.
Here's the car with the stock exhaust, it looked ugly with that muffler.
Here's the car with the new dual Magnaflow exhaust. I believe all muscle cars should have dual exhaust, my car has it now and it looks and sounds much better.
Here's how the car looked like before putting on the turn signal and side marker tinted overlays.
Here's how the car looks like after putting the overlays on. There's no ugly red box on the back panels and orange in the front, the side and front is all black now. The car looks much cleaner this way.
Here's a comparison shot with one overlay on the driver's side so you can see the difference.

Two shots from the front with the overlays on.
Here's a close up of the rear sided marker with the overlay. The red is visible close up, but step back a bit and you'll see it blends in with the body.
Here's the car with the stock suspension. Way too much of a gap between the wheels and fenders.
Here's the car with the Eibach Pro-System which is the Pro-Kit (lowering springs) and Pro-Dampers (shocks). The car is much lower now and looks like it should. Handling greatly improved also.

Here's the front and back wheels after the drop. There is little space now between the wheels and fenders.
Here's the stock air intake. Very restrictive and ugly looking.
Here's the new JLT intake. It lets much more air in and it looks nice too. I got it in black to match the car color.
This is the XCal 2 tuner. It plugs in right under the steering wheel and lets you change different parameters such as shift firmness, shift points, speed limits, rev limits, axle ratios, wheel ratios, fuel, ect. I bought it from Evolution in a combo package with the JLT intake with 3 tunes preloaded (87 Octane, 93 Octane, and 93 Xtreme). The car is much more responsive and powerful with the new tunes. I run the 93 Octane and switch it to the 93 Xtreme when I want to have some fun and don't care about gas mileage.
