Well this page is dedicated to my 4th SUV. My 1990 Mitsubishi Montero SWB (Short wheel Base). My father purchased this for me in early October, but wasn't registered until late October because I had to wait and sell my Isuzu Amigo first.
I had originally wanted a Montero as my first car, but was unable to find one that wasn't completely rusted out, thanks to our salted winter roads. This one though, is in better condition than any of my previous cars, with just 3 cosmetic problems, that are easily fixed.
Plans for the Monty include:
-A complete lift with Gen II rear coils, and a tbar crank
-Rear LSD
-Snorkel
-My 32" Procomp AT's on Wagoneer Rims
-Rocker proection
-T-case/Tranny Skids
-Maybe a 2" Body Lift
Ok here are the current pics I have of it.
The Monty did a little yard pulling today, boutght all I've done to it besides replacing the plastic bumper piece, and installing a new side mirror.

Well my father surprised me with new rims for the monty. nice 15x8 chrome steelies.
They look alot better in person, camera flash makes them look wierd. They will look awesome with my 32" procomp AT's.....
The other thing he got me was a set of fog lights with wiring kit.
This will wait to go on until I get my new chrome front bumper (bling bling)
Mounted my tires today. They said one rim is bent and unbalancable. But tomorrow I'm going to try another place and hope they were wrong.
I was in luck, they were in fact wrong. Here are my new shoes all mounted.
